WHOLESALE RETURNS & QUALITY CLAIMS
11 Threads Roma sells to approved wholesale partners only. Each order is produced to the quantities you confirm, so the following terms apply to all orders.
Returns
Wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a quality issue covered below.
Quality claims
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. Quality-related claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt. Email wholesale@11threadsroma.com with your order number, the styles and quantities affected, and photos of the issue. Please do not send goods back without our written approval.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will confirm the outcome in writing. Approved claims are resolved by replacing the affected units or by issuing a credit for them.
Deposits and cancellations
Production begins once we receive your 50% deposit and your final approvals. Because garments are produced to order, deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
