Shipping policy
WHOLESALE PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Production lead time
All wholesale orders are produced to order. Production takes approximately 45–75 days from receipt of your 50% deposit and final approvals.
Delivery window
ROMA ETERNA — Collection I, Spring/Summer 2027, is scheduled for delivery in Q1 2027. The ship date for your order is confirmed with your order.
Balance before shipment
The remaining 50% balance is due before your order ships. We will contact you to collect it once your order is ready.
Shipping and freight
Shipping method, carrier and freight charges are confirmed with each order before it ships. International partners are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance in their country.
Delays
Weather, holidays, carrier or customs delays can occasionally affect delivery. If anything changes your delivery date, we will tell you as soon as we know.
